Files released show MP Michael Howard DID know about UFO over his private residence

MP & Then Home Secretary Michael Howard denied to the hilt an incident in March 1997 Where a massive Triangular object was seen over his Private home in Folkstone .An altitude of 300 feet & multiple witnesses including 2 firemen saw & heard this object "humming" .
Howard,His staff  & the MOD all denied knowledge,as the 1st two were probably cowering in the Bunker (common in long term politicians country estates).
As usual there is no need to tell the public unless there is a threat to national security & then we are told even less ! The MOD conducted an investigation & found no threat (or even an incursion into UK airspace)  so there the matter rests.
The object described as bigger than a jumbo jet,with lights on all leading edges with a large disc on its back,no civil or military flights were in the area at that time & rarely do they have clearance to land on the private estate.Below are a cartoon & witness sketch .
